I contacted Sergio on a recommendation from a friend back in March 2016. We set up a meeting to discuss the rental house I was interested in selling. At the time I had tenants in the house and I was looking at my options. In October 2016 I decided to put the house on the market. during the 6 months  I was making a decision Sergio kept me updated with all of the comps and homes that were on the market or had sold in the market. Sergio was thorough in his reports and always kept me up to date. When the tenants moved out Sergio and myself walked the property and we discovered that we had some work to do to get it in shape to show. This is when Sergio really out did himself he was able to find me a reasonably priced painter, carpet installer, tile glazer and a handyman to repair all of the little issues that needed attention since I work a full time job in another city it would very difficult to find people and meet with them during the day. Sergio met with all of these contractors negotiated a fair price and in some instances paid for the repairs when I was out of time just to keep the job completion done on time.

I will say that there wasn’t any time that I was disappointed in the way Sergio handed any part of my sales transaction. The house sold and recorded on January 6th 2017. I would recommend Sergio to anyone that is looking to list a house for sale, he is truly a dedicated and hard working individual. He always showed great integrity and accountability from start to finish.
