I needed to move closer to work in LA and decided to sell my house. I looked on Yelp for real estate agents in Riverside and noticed that Sergio had a lot of good reviews. He also had trustworthy contacts to help with all aspects of the sell (contractor, painter, etc) which made life a lot easier. We ended up finding a buyer and closing really fast.
